Opinion: The Sharp Increase in ETH Exiting the Ethereum PoS Network Queue Is Largely Due to Kiln Node Exiting Validation

BlockBeats News, September 11th: According to crypto KOL @sassal0x, a significant increase in ETH withdrawals from the Ethereum PoS network was mainly caused by Kiln exiting its validator nodes. It is reported that Kiln had a total stake of approximately 1.6 million ETH. @sassal0x stated, “The ETH that is exiting will likely be re-staked with a new validator key, meaning it will not be sold.”

In a news update yesterday, the staking service provider Kiln announced that, due to the impact of the SwissBorg hack, they will begin a phased withdrawal of all their Ethereum validator nodes today to ensure the integrity of the staked assets.
