BlockBeats News, September 16th, according to Bloomberg, court documents show that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has reached a “principle agreement” with the cryptocurrency exchange Gemini in a multi-year lawsuit. The two parties will fully settle this lawsuit, but it still requires Commission review and approval. Both parties have also requested a suspension of all pending deadlines.
