BlockBeats News, September 22nd, Sky (formerly Maker) announced on social media that the SKY&MKR token swap delay penalty has been activated. As of today, all MKR to SKY upgrades will be subject to a 1% penalty. According to Sky Atlas rules, this penalty will increase by 1 percentage point every three months.
