BlockBeats News, October 18th, according to LookIntoChain monitoring, the wallet ‘bc1ql7c’ was activated after three years of dormancy, and has just transferred all 6,500 BTC (worth $6.94 billion) to a new address. These 6,500 BTC were originally acquired from Ivanov (Bilyuchenko) three years ago.
Ivanov (aka Bilyuchenko) is a Russian cryptocurrency entrepreneur who is accused of co-founding the BTC-e and WEX exchanges, and laundering hundreds of thousands of bitcoins stolen from Mt. Gox.
