“The way I look at early projects is: I look at whether the product itself is good enough, but more importantly, through the product, I try to assess the team’s execution ability. Simply put, can they build a good product based on current needs? And what if the product requirements change tomorrow? If they want to add new features, switch to a different system, can they deliver quickly? For me, this is more important than what features they have today.
