The influencer had made false statements, claiming O’Leary was a murderer and alleging that he “spent millions covering it up.”
Judge Beth Bloom issued a default judgment in the ruling, finding that the influencer, whose real name is Ben Armstrong, had failed to provide a substantive response to O’Leary’s lawsuit. O’Leary is well-known for his appearances on the TV show Shark Tank.
