BlockBeats News, February 24th, X Platform updated its API policy to reduce AI-generated spam. The X API has now restricted automated replies via POST /2/tweets. Users can only reply when the original author @mentions or quotes the post; non-reply tweets will remain unchanged.
This restriction applies to the Free, Basic, Pro, and Pay-As-You-Go versions, while the Enterprise and Public Utility versions are unaffected.
