Circle Announces Q4 2025 and Full Year Results: Annual Revenue Reaches $2.7 Billion, Up 64%; USDC Circulating Supply Grows by 72%

The circulating supply of USDC was $75.3 billion (as of the period ending), a YoY increase of 72%;

USDC on-chain transaction volume reached $11.9 trillion, a YoY increase of 247%;

Total revenue and reserve revenue reached $770 million, a YoY increase of 77%.

Full-year 2025 total revenue and reserve revenue were $2.7 billion, up 64%;

Full-year 2025 ongoing operating business net loss was $70 million, primarily impacted by $424 million in equity-based compensation expenses related to the Initial Public Offering (IPO), while the full-year 2024 ongoing operating business net profit was $157 million;

Adjusted EBITDA for the 2025 fiscal year was $582 million, up 104%.
