John Andrews previously served as Head of Capital Markets and Investor Relations at stablecoin issuer Circle and was involved in its IPO efforts.

In addition, Ledger is opening an office in New York to expand its U.S. business. John Andrews stated that due to the current market volatility, the IPO plan may be delayed.
