The Israel Defense Forces stated on April 6th local time that the Israeli Air Force conducted a strike on Tehran, Iran based on intelligence, resulting in the death of Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ “Quds Force” special operations force (Unit 840) commander Asghar Bagheri.
The statement indicated that Bagheri was killed in the attack on the 5th.
