BlockBeats News, April 13th, According to foreign media reports, the construction project of the White House banquet hall proposed by U.S. President Trump can still move forward for at least another week after the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia issued a temporary ruling last Saturday.
In a 2-1 decision, the appellate court panel stayed the enforcement of Judge Richard Leon’s previous order to stop construction. The judge, appointed by George W. Bush, had ruled in March that the project could not proceed because the U.S. government did not have congressional authorization.
