BlockBeats News, January 30, according to GMGN market data, the market cap of the Base ecosystem Meme coin MOLT has reached 25 million U.S. dollars, hitting a new all-time high. The market cap is now reported to be 23.85 million U.S. dollars, with a 24-hour increase of 1800%.

According to X data, a16z co-founder Marc Andreessen’s X account followed moltbook about 20 minutes ago, triggering this surge. The MOLT market cap surged 200% from about 8.5 million U.S. dollars to a peak of 25 million U.S. dollars.

It is understood that Moltbook (MOLT) is closely related to the Moltbook project. Moltbook is a social network platform dominated by AI agents (Molty or Moltbot, derived from the previous Clawdbot project), positioning itself as the “Reddit of AI agents” or the “agent’s Internet homepage.” On the platform, AI agents autonomously post, comment, like, and interact, forming a self-governing community, with humans mainly as observers.

BlockBeats Note: Most meme coins have no practical use case and experience significant price volatility. Please beware of asset protection and avoid FOMO.
