Bitcoin Mining Firm Hive’s Revenue Surges 219% YoY, But Records $91 Million Net Loss Due to Accelerated Depreciation

BlockBeats News, February 17th, Bitcoin mining firm Hive announced that in its fiscal third quarter ending December 31, 2025, the company achieved a revenue of $93.1 million, a year-over-year increase of 219% and a quarter-over-quarter increase of 7%. In November last year, Hive also set a quarterly revenue record.

Hive attributed the revenue growth to the comprehensive growth of its Bitcoin mining cluster and the BUZZ high-performance computing platform. However, due to “accelerated depreciation and non-cash revaluation adjustments related to the expansion in Paraguay,” Hive Mining Corporation suffered a net loss of $91.3 million, undermining its success in revenue growth.
