Currently, the market value of gold is roughly ten times that of Bitcoin, which means at least ten times more people are familiar with or hold gold. Therefore, gold may be more easily accepted in over ten times as many places in the world today—simply due to familiarity.
For example, we can say I believe artificial intelligence is a great technology that can do all work, but that doesn’t mean AI can do everything right now, right? There is a time factor at play here.」
