BlockBeats News, October 4th, according to on-chain data analyst Yujin Monitoring, the Ethereum Foundation’s DeFi participation multisig wallet has sold 1,000 ETH in the past 7 hours, exchanging it for 4.508 million DAI, with an average selling price of $4,508.
Previously, the Ethereum Foundation had announced in advance that the coin selling would be used for development and donation funding.
In the last three months, the Ethereum Foundation has sold a total of 21,000 ETH, worth $72.94 million:
· On July 11th, sold 10,000 ETH at an OTC price of $2,572 (approximately $25.73 million) to SharpLink;
· On September 3rd, transferred 10,000 ETH (approximately $42.70 million) to Kraken for sale;
· On October 4th, sold 1,000 ETH on-chain at a price of $4,508 (approximately $4.51 million).
