Gemini Raises US Stock IPO Fundraising Target to $433 Million

According to a filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on September 10th, the company has raised the offering price range from $17-19 per share to $24-26 per share, with the planned number of shares to be issued remaining at 16.7 million. This upward revision was due to oversubscription for the IPO and attracted private investment from another exchange operator.
