If Ethereum drops below $4000, the cumulative long liquidation pressure on major CEXs will reach $4.51 billion.

BlockBeats News, September 25th, according to Coinglass data, if Ethereum drops below $4000, the cumulative long liquidation strength of mainstream CEXs will reach 451 million.

Conversely, if Ethereum breaks above $4200, the cumulative short liquidation strength of mainstream CEXs will reach 1.079 billion.

BlockBeats Note: The liquidation chart does not show the exact number of contracts to be liquidated or the exact value of contracts being liquidated. The bars on the liquidation chart actually represent the importance of each liquidation cluster relative to neighboring liquidation clusters, i.e., strength.

Therefore, the liquidation chart shows to what extent the asset price will be affected when it reaches a certain level. A higher “liquidation bar” indicates that once the price reaches that level, it will experience a more intense reaction due to a liquidity cascade.
