The two parties have entered into a subscription agreement, with Nation Digital Group conditionally agreeing to issue a total of approximately 169 million subscription shares to the company at a subscription price of HKD 1.78 per share. After the transaction is completed, the two parties will cooperate to promote digital economic development policies of the Hong Kong government and make strategic investments in the financial technology field.
