Litecoin Founder: Physical LTC ETF Expected to Launch Soon

BlockBeats News, September 30th, Litecoin founder Charlie Lee said in a recent interview that he expects a spot LTC ETF to be launched soon. This view is based on the SEC’s approval of the general listing standards for cryptocurrency ETFs, as well as LTC being included as one of the 10 assets that meet the standards.

Charlie Lee discussed LTC’s prospects under the evolving regulatory framework in the interview. He mentioned that the SEC recently approved the general cryptocurrency ETF listing standards, which is a key driver, emphasizing that Litecoin meets the conditions for rapid approval.

As a seed investor in a proposed ETF, Charlie Lee has previously stated that ETF approval will happen “very soon,” comparing it to the successful launch of Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs earlier this year. “I expect a Litecoin ETF to be launched soon, which will actually provide people with a convenient way to passively access Litecoin.”
