MetaMask announces native support for the Tron network on its mobile and browser extension wallets

BlockBeats News, January 15th, MetaMask has officially launched Tron network native support in its mobile app and browser extension wallet. This integration was completed through a collaboration between MetaMask and the Tron DAO, aiming to advance its multi-chain expansion strategy. Users can now directly manage TRON assets, interact with TRON native DApps, and support asset swaps between TRON, EVM-compatible networks, Solana, and Bitcoin within MetaMask. Additionally, this update also enables sending USDT on the TRON network and staking TRX. Currently, the TRON network’s daily stablecoin transfer volume exceeds $21 billion.
