BlockBeats News, February 17th, according to Bloomberg, the cryptocurrency exchange Gemini announced that three executives, including Chief Operating Officer Marshall Beard, Chief Financial Officer Dan Chen, and Chief Legal Officer Tyler Meade, have resigned within months after the IPO, with immediate effect.
Gemini stated that Beard’s departure was not due to any disagreement with the company, and he also resigned from the board of directors. The company does not currently plan to appoint a new COO, and some of his responsibilities will be taken over by co-founder Cameron Winklevoss.
