BlockBeats News, February 17th, Bitcoin treasury company Nakamoto announced that it has signed a definitive merger agreement to acquire Bitcoin media and events company BTC Inc and the Bitcoin-focused investment asset management firm UTXO Management. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.
According to the announcement, this acquisition will be completed in stock, and BTC Inc and UTXO shareholders will collectively receive approximately 364 million shares of Nakamoto common stock, with a total transaction value of approximately $107 million.
