BlockBeats News, October 1st, NASDAQ-listed company RYVYL announced that it has signed a merger agreement with Web3 digital media SaaS technology company Roundtable. The latter will inject over $30 million worth of Bitcoin into the merged company to strengthen its balance sheet. It is reported that the new company will have a 15.15% stake held by RYVYL shareholders and an 84.85% stake held by RTB Digital shareholders. The new company will operate under the name “RTB Digital, Inc (Roundtable).”
