(NASDAQ: STEX) today announced the appointment of Christine Plummer, a finance industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, as its new Chief Financial Officer. Plummer previously served as the Global Finance Director at Coinbase, leading a global finance team of over 50 people responsible for financial settlements, regulatory reporting, and new product operational readiness. Prior to joining Coinbase, Plummer held the position of Global Vice President and Managing Director of Finance at MSCI Inc., leading a global business revenue finance team of over 70 people and spearheading financial transformation. Early in her career, she spent over 20 years at Morgan Stanley, holding various positions including CFO of the Americas legal entity and Global Funds Finance Manager. Streamex CEO Henry McPhie stated that Plummer’s combination of deep traditional finance experience and digital asset infrastructure leadership will provide key support for the company’s advancement of the commodity tokenization product GLDY.
