BlockBeats News, September 19th, according to Coinmarketcap data, the Altcoin Season Index today is reported as 76 (yesterday was 77), staying in the “alt season” zone for two consecutive days, higher than last week’s average of 68 and last month’s average of 46. The index hit a nearly 1-year high of 87 in December last year.
The index indicates that in the past 90 days, about 70 projects among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market cap have outperformed Bitcoin in terms of price growth.
