The whale that once reaped over 16 million in profits from XPL’s main uptrend is back in the game, holding a total of $7.3 million in ASTER across two addresses

BlockBeats News, February 3rd, according to Coinbob Popular Address Monitor, the largest XPL long whale on Hyperliquid, address 0x152, accumulated a bottom position in ASTER 5 days ago and added to the position last night to go leverage long. The current double-leverage ASTER long position size has increased to $5.55 million with an average price of $0.65, unrealized loss of $630,000 (-22%), liquidation price of $0.29, now the largest long on ASTER on Hyperliquid.

According to Arkham on-chain monitoring, the whale’s on-chain domain is “neoyokio.eth,” and its associated sub-address (0xfb5…) also increased its position today in sync, currently holding a triple-leverage ASTER long position with a size of about $1.85 million, an average price of $0.56, liquidation price of $0.361, with a slight unrealized profit in the position. This sub-address was previously closely linked to the main address in terms of fund transfers, frequently engaged in swing trading on XPL and HYPE, with a historical win rate of over 80%.

The whale accumulated a long position in XPL with 1x leverage at an average price of $0.69 before the significant XPL price increase on September 24th, with the position once reaching $20 million, becoming the largest on-chain long during the main XPL uptrend, and later closed the position to take profit near $1.3, realizing a profit of approximately $16 million, leading to suspicions of insider XPL-related information. Additionally, this address is also active in the Polymarket prediction market and still holds positions in three markets.
